SUGAR IS MORE DANGEROUS THAN GUNS.
The problem is, WE SEE GUNS KILLING PEOPLE.
Sugar… KILLS US SLOWLY.
After 10 years and 15,000 hours of helping people burn fat and build muscle, I would say that sugar consumption is the #1 reason why people can’t reach their goals.
I’ve heard many extremely intelligent many nutritionists, oncologists, and homoeopaths say that we are going to look back on sugar in 30 years the way that we look at cigarettes today.
The sugar industry has fought tooth and nail (just as the tobacco industry has) to keep their product thriving, keep us addicted, and keep the world fat by there propaganda, but eventually, the truth will emerge.
It’s time to start making some SERIOUS changes.
You need to figure out how many grams of sugar, how many carbs, how many “cheat meals” you can have per day, and per week if you are TRULY going to change your body in a lasting way.
There are a lot of factors that play into how much sugar YOU should be allowed per day.
