The ERA Fit Shred program will still allow you to pack on muscle and burn fat but it will start you at a level that will keep you safe and it will give you the best results for where you’re starting.
The ERA Fit SWOLE program is comprised of advanced muscle building techniques, protocols and systems.
It’s not best suited for someone who is just starting out in the gym.
My professional recommendation would be to do the “ERA Fit Shred” program for 2 – 5 months (depending on what your starting point is) before you jump into the “Swole Program”
