Top Five Workouts For The Perfect Body

If you don’t have the time to invest in going to the gym, it doesn't mean that you can’t get the same results. Working out at home can be just as effective; it just requires more dedication. With ERA Fit’s online personal training, you can track your progress, and you will get support from an experienced trainer along the way. With our online program, you can track your diet, weight, and progress. This means that you will be holding yourself accountable, and you will also be able to see which areas could do with improvement if you aren’t getting the results that you want. If training at home is new to you, take a look at our top five exercises that are perfect for doing in your living room, or even your garden. You need very little space, and they are all equally as effective.

1- Back Squat

Sit back into hips and keep the back straight and the chest up, squatting down so the hips are below the knees. From the bottom of the squat, press feet into the ground and push hips forward to return to the top of the standing position.

You must do this correctly, or you may cause yourself damage.

2- Deadlift

Another excellent weight training exercise! You lift a weighted barbell off the floor and bring it to your hips, torso perpendicular to the floor, and then straighten up your back.

3- Horizontal Pulling (rowing)

This is an exercise that involves you moving a weight in towards your torso, and horizontally, straight out in front of you. This also works great with a resistance band, and it mimics rowing.

4- Vertical Pulling (pull up)

The most common ways of doing these exercises are pull-ups and chin-ups. You can buy a bar to fit most door frames, and they are easy to attach.

5- Horizontal Pressing

This involves laying down and pushing something away from your chest. You could use a barbell, but it is strongly recommended that you have someone there to spot you.

There are hundreds of workout on videos on our online personal training dashboard. This is also where you will see your online coach, track your progress, and set your goals. It’s quick and easy to use, and you can work it around your routine. Training at home has never been more accessible, thanks to ERA Fit.
