Between a life long involvement in competitive sports and traveling internationally as a model for over decade Eric Richard Allen has had to continuously be in the best shape of his life for the past 15 years. In 2006 he realized that health and wellness was his passion so he decided to go back to school for a second degree in Exercise Science.

Since that time he has never stopped pursuing the most relevant and up to date information in the health and wellness industry and has completed 16 certifications in a broad number of fitness categories. These include Strength and Conditioning, Fascial Stretching Therapy, Olympic Lifting, Functional Medicine Testing, Hormonal Analysis, and Muscle Activation Techniques.

He has trained celebrities, bikini competitors, stay at home moms, competitive athletes and the general population in Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami. His clients testimonials speak volumes about the results that follow when using his programs!
