Eric is probably the most knowledgeable trainer in all of Miami. He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself.
His training sessions are intense, fun, and always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. Never pushes you too hard, but just to the brink as he takes the time understands your capabilities.
