Drew got into fitness in high school as he started strength training for soccer and lacrosse become a better athlete. As a skinny kid he found it challenging to change his body and that’s where his fascination for the human body grew. Now it is his passion to teach others effective ways to change their mind and body through exercise. Focusing on HIIT style workouts he incorporates cardio, calisthenics and strength training into his workouts. Why do cardio and strength training separately when you can do them simultaneously.
Drew attended Indiana University where he studied Management and finance. After working in wealth management for 2 years he started training clients in NYC and Long Island. After building up a clientele he quit his finance job to pursue his passion full time and get certified by NASM – CPT. Drew moved down to Miami to further his career as a coach. He now is excited to continue sharpening his tools in the field combining his approach with the ERA Fit methodologies.
