Signing up for era fit was one of the best things I ever did for myself. I relocated to Miami in July and in those months of adjustment, I stopped being active (I used to bike about 6 miles a day for my work commute before moving) and I was eating mindlessly. Naturally I gained weight and I felt horrible. Also, now that I am on the other side of 30, my metabolism isn't what it used to be and simply trying to eat healthy for a few weeks was NOT working. I met with Eric and signed on for 3 months. He gave me a comprehensive "action plan" to change my habits for the better including a meal plan, 2 sessions a week with Lina Lopez and a workout routine that I could do on my own throughout the week. Admittedly, those first few weeks were extremely challenging, but I pushed through and Lina made sure to never go easy on me during our sessions. Around month 2, things started to feel a little easier and my new habits felt like my new normal. After 3 months of this lifestyle change, I feel phenomenal. I've *almost* slimmed down to where I'd like to be and Ive gone down from 23% body fat to 17.2%. What this program has given me has been the tools, knowledge and motivation evolve my lifestyle in a way that works for me and is completely sustainable. I've learned a lot about my body, my well being and what foods are best for me— I have become very attune to how certain foods affect me simply by being very conscious of everything that I eat. While I still feel I have a lot to learn- I needed era fit in my life to help guide me and help me get to where I am now. I highly recommend this program.
